Going back to the war

No, not Iraq. Classes. Monday I return to classes. The thrill I feel at knowing that I will be done with the classroom instruction in six months is quite effectively obliterated at the dread I feel towards a tough six months ahead. Not only do I have fairly tough material this semester, I also must allocate time to study for the USMLE step 1. There are still a couple of items I wish to blog about which I have been unable to do. Hopefully I will get the chance during the course of the semester. After the step 1, my service contract for this site will expire, and I will have to review whether I wish to keep it going. I probably will since in July I will start my wards, and I will hopefully have some better content and experiences to draw from.

Anyway, that is all for now. Expect more medical stuff to come....
